Payment Policy :

• Full payment is required for ROOM ONLY reservations to be confirmed.
• 50% deposit is required for PACKAGE RESERVATIONS to be confirmed.
• The balance is due 60 days prior to guest arrival at the resort.
• 20% of reservation total is considered non refundable

Credit Card Charges :

We process credit card charges in BZ$ at a conversion rate of $1USD: $2BZD.  There may be other charges by your bank based on international usage of your card or the current foreign exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy :

• More than 61 days before check-in: 30% of total stay will be charged. 
• 15 to 60 days before check-in: 60% of the total stay will be charged. 
• 0 to 14 days before check-in: Non-refundable. Full stay charge will be applied.
• No Show = NO REFUND
• Please note that if you purchase a discounted package or last minute special, reservations is non refundable, non transferable, non changeable .
• Hotel stay rates may increase yearly. Any resort credit from cancellations will be applied to rate increases that may have happened between original booking and new booking date, but balance due will be guest responsibility.
• Pelican Beach Resorts cannot be held responsible or liable for trip cancellations or altered itineraries due to reasons out of our control. Such as acts of God, including but not limited to heavy rains, flooding, storms, hurricanes, or any other natural occurrence. Whenever possible another available tour will be substituted for tour cancellations.
• Due to the above it is HIGHLY recommended that all clients purchase “trip cancellation insurance” in order to cover a possible cancellation of 60 days or less of initiating itinerary.
• We highly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings done in Belize.
• Pelican Beach Resorts is not responsible for refunding any portions of any itinerary which the clients do not use.
• The above terms and conditions may only be varied by written arrangement agreed upon at time of confirmation.
