DEPOSIT POLICY
- Package bookings – To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with full payment to be received within 60 days prior to arrival.
- Room only bookings – 100% of reservation total is due at time of confirmation.
- Kindly note that the confirmation invoice reflects charges in US Dollars.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival receive a full resort credit to be used towards a future stay within 12 months of original reservation date.
- Guests may cancel with a full refund anytime up to 45 days prior to arrival.
