Getting To South Water Caye
Round trip boat transportation is included in all our Vacation Packages listed below but it is not included in the accommodation and meal rates above. Transfer costs are approximately $68.75US/per person each way based on a minimum of 4 passengers on a scheduled boat. Please contact us for the best price.
Room Assignment
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific room number or cottage name with your reservation.
Deposit Policy
Required Deposit: First night's stay is required as a non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. The deposit amount for packages is 20% of the package price with balance payable as per the payment policy below.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to be received at least 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are not confirmed until proper payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged as received by the resort.
- For reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date, payment may be refunded less a $75US administrative fee.
- For reservations cancelled between 60 and 45 days prior to arrival date, up to 50% of payment, not including the non-refundable deposit, may be refunded.
- For reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival date, all payments are non-refundable.
Reservation Changes
The unused portion of hotel and/or any part of the package plans and trips not taken by customer's choice are non-transferable and not refundable. Trips cancelled as a result of inclement weather and/or acts of God are non-transferable and not refundable. Pelican Beach is not responsible for missed or delayed flights!
